1. Do you require a down payment?
Yes, we require $200.00 down payment to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.
2. How do I reserve the date?
All we need is the down layment and then we'll email you the contract to sign.
3. Do you allow outside catering?
Yes, we do. We do don't allow grill out cooking. Buffet Style cater only.
4. Do you have a kitchen?
Location does NOT have a kitchen.
5. Do you provide the chafing dishes or food trays?
We do, for Deluxe packages ONLY, otherwise your caterer will be able to provide those items for you. If you don't have a caterer, these items can be purchased from Dollar Tree, Party City, Sam's Club, etc.
6. When can I view the space?
All you have to do is call us to schedule a complementary tour!
7. Can I add something to a package?
Yes, you can add items to any package or special.
8. What are the day rental hours?
TUESDAY-SATURDAY AVAILABILITY FROM 6PM-1AM
SUNDAY & MONDAY AVAILABILITY FROM 10AM-12AM (MIDNIGHT)
9. Do you offer partial day rentals?
Yes we do, please contact us for more info. Not applicable on Saturdays.
10. Can I serve alcohol?
You can serve alcohol as long as you have a licensed/certified bartender. We can provide one for $50hr and you provide the alcohol.
11. How many guests does your venue accommodate?
81 guests sitting
12. Can I choose any color table linen?
Yes, please let us know which color you would like.
13. Do we need to bring trash bags or cleaning supplies?
No, we will provide them.
14. Can I bring extra decor for my event?
Of course, however we do not set up any decor that we do not provide.
15. Do you offer a cleaning service so I can leave after my event without cleaning?
Yes we do! Cleaning fee is $100.00
16. Any cost for damages?
We require a $200 damage deposit, it will be refunded if the venue is returned in good condition.
17. Is there enough parking?
Yes, we have over 20 parking spaces ready for any event.
Tuesday-Saturday has some restricted parking on front and across tattoo shop before 8pm.
